Terms of Service

Welcome to Savvy Shop Co's Ads Services. By working with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered:

We provide Facebook and Instagram advertising services for product-based businesses, including but not limited to:

- Ad account audits and strategy

- Campaign setup and training

- Ongoing ads management

Exact services and deliverables will be defined in a written agreement or invoice before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics)

- Ensure ad accounts comply with Meta’s advertising policies

- Supply brand-approved creative assets (unless otherwise agreed)

Delays in access or materials may affect service delivery timelines.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated.

Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in paused work.

Refunds are not provided for completed services or unused hours.

Recurring service contracts may be canceled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Results & Performance

While we work to improve ad performance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ROAS, sales volume). Marketing results depend on a variety of factors, including product-market fit, website performance, and creative assets.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all brand assets, product images, and ad accounts. Any strategy documents, frameworks, or tools provided remain the intellectual property of Savvy Shop Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All business and performance data shared during the engagement will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without your permission.

7. Termination

Either party may end the agreement with 30 days written notice. In the case of early termination, any completed work will be delivered and outstanding invoices must be paid.
